MWF is a place for IPHC women in ministry to fellowship and discuss the unique joys and challenges of serving in ministry.

Minister's Wives Fellowship

Regenia Whitfield"Gather my saints together unto me, those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice." Psalm 50:5
This ministry of support and encouragement among the Ministers' Wives and Female Clergy of the North Carolina Conference is directed by Mrs. Regenia Whitfield. As "First Lady" of the Conference, Mrs. Whitfield is familiar with the blessings and challenges of living in the "goldfish bowl" of ministry.

Ministers' Wives Fellowship is a ministry for the wives of all ordained, licensed and local church ministers; wives of ministerial candidates, widows of ministers and lady ministers.

The purpose of Ministers' Wives Fellowship is:

1.To provide fellowship, support and training for ministers' wives.
2.To enable minister's wives to explore, define and better understand their role in today's world.
3.To strengthen the skill of each minister's wife to fill her role in the home, church and community.
4.To emphasize the partnership of ministers' wives in ministry with their husbands.

We would like the Minister’s wife to experience the joy and blessing of being a part of a very unique “God-called Ministry”. It is a wonderful privilege and honor to co-labor along side of a God-called spouse in ministry for the Kingdom of God. Our role is to be an encourager to our spouse, our family, our church, to our co-workers and our community.God has given us a great opportunity to minister to those He brings into our lives daily.

The wives enjoy meeting together at a specified time during Camp Meeting services and we also enjoy attending the Minister’s and Spouse Retreat for a time of bonding and fellowship. Lady Ministers, you are also a vital part of this fellowship and we encourage you to attend our special activities.

Please feel free to call me at the number below if I may be of assistance to you in any way. We have some dedicated Minister’s wives serving on the MWF Committee who would also be glad to assist you when needed. They are: Mary Angulo, Anne Bartlett, Sharon Dunning, Rose Nelson, June Strickland and Kim Wood. May God bless you and your ministry in the days and years ahead.
